Returns Policy

We are thankful for your support of Coordinate Company, and sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. How It Works (In Summary)

  • To begin, ensure you have your order number and original email address (used for the purchase) handy. You can find your order number in your confirmation email (e.g. #12345).

  • Next, fill out this form with your order details, and fill in the reason why you’re seeking out a return.

  • Please note all returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with all hang tags attached, in original packaging.

  • After submitting the form, hang tight. Our team will review your return or exchange request, and be in touch via email, within 5-7 business days.

Returns

All returns must be initiated via our return request form. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached, in their original packaging, for store credit or a full refund. Follow the steps above to obtain a return authorization and a return label from us, per your payment.

Once a return has been approved and initiated, you will be charged for and receive a shipping label via email from our site. We promptly send your return label upon receipt of your payment for return shipping. When your return arrives back to us, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or store credit if the item is unwashed, unworn, with hang tags still attached, in original packaging. Please note, Coordinate Company has ultimate discretion as to the condition of the item. We may, at will, deem a product non-returnable.

For local pickup orders, returns can be made in person. Location and logistics will be determined upon your form submission. In these instances, our team will be in touch with you for more guidance via the contact information provided on your form.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment upon our receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached, in original packaging). The typical turnaround time for our processing of refunds and credits is 5-7 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective. If we are unable to refund an item to comply with your refund request for credit to your original form of payment (ie. credit card) we may, at our discretion, issue you digital store credit for our site, or issue no credit at all.

Refund Logistics

Once a refund has been processed, and if it is approved per our policies, you will receive an email from our site notifying you of the refund. If your purchase was made via credit card using Stripe on our site, Stripe will send the money directly to your bank or card used for purchase. If a purchase was made using PayPal on our site, PayPal will credit your account and/or payment method used for purchase.

You will be refunded in the same currency used for the purchase. The refund will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days upon our receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached, in original packaging). Please note, per Stripe policy, in some cases, the refund might be processed as a reversal, meaning the original payment will disappear from the account statement entirely and the balance will reflect as though the charge never occurred. If this occurs and you do not see the refund after 10 business days and are still seeing the original charge on your bank statement, you should reach out to your bank for more information.

Please note that with certain refund authorizations, customers may see a pending refund immediately on their bank statement, as opposed to the 5-10 business days.
